2. Results

You can watch a talk where we explained the impact of the unequal-time power spectra in weak lensing analysis.

You can also download the slides here.

2.1. Weak lensing with DES Y1

We show the results for cosmic lensing, galaxy clustering and galaxy-galaxy lensing using DES Y1 redshift distributions. We compare the angular power spectra using a range of approaches (Limber’s, geometric and midpoint approximations) against the angular power spectra when using the unequal-time matter power spectrum.

2.2. Weak lensing with LSST Y10

We show the results for cosmic lensing, galaxy clustering and galaxy-galaxy lensing using LSST Y10 redshift distributions. We compare the angular power spectra using a range of approaches (Limber’s, geometric and midpoint approximations) against the angular power spectra when using the unequal-time matter power spectrum. The results do not vary much with respect to DES Y1. For this reason, and to avoid cluttering, we only show partial results for bins (1,1):
